Randy’s Tree Service has served residential and commercial property owners since 2005. Owner Randy Loper has built the business around a straightforward approach to tree care: understand the property, determine what the tree needs, use the right equipment, and complete the work safely and thoroughly. More than 21 years later, those principles continue to guide how we serve customers throughout Decatur, MS, and surrounding communities within approximately a 50-mile radius.
Our work covers tree removal, stump removal, trimming and pruning, land clearing, and heavy wood mulching. From routine canopy maintenance to difficult removals involving climbing, bucket trucks, specialized rigging, or cranes, we have the equipment and hands-on experience to manage projects from start to cleanup. As a licensed tree company with a Certified Arborist on staff, we can also evaluate tree health, identify visible structural risks, and recommend appropriate pruning techniques based on tree biology and growth.
Randy understands that customers want more than someone who can cut a tree. Homeowners need their houses, landscaping, driveways, and outdoor areas treated carefully. Commercial property owners need organized work that accounts for buildings, access areas, and the intended use of the property. Specialized rigging, climbing equipment, bucket trucks, cranes, and heavy machinery give us options for handling difficult conditions without relying on a single method for every job. Randy Loper’s years of hands-on industry experience also shape how we prepare for complex projects. Whether we are pruning a mature canopy, removing an unstable tree, or clearing heavily overgrown land, safety remains part of the process from the initial assessment through final cleanup. Our capabilities include climbing, bucket truck work, crane operations, stump grinding, land clearing, heavy wood mulching, and cleanup. This full-service approach means customers can address multiple stages of a project without having to coordinate separate crews for every task. A hazardous tree can be dismantled, the resulting debris can be processed, and the remaining stump can be ground. Larger land projects can include vegetation clearing and processing of heavy timber waste. We also make cleanup part of the work, gathering branches, wood debris, and residual material rather than leaving the final stage to the property owner. For Randy and our crew, completing the project means paying attention to what happens before, during, and after the primary tree work.
